Refund Policy
Reservations canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of $25 per site.
Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.
No refunds will be issued for:

Early departures

No-shows

Weather conditions, smoke, road closures, or natural events beyond campground control

Rule violations resulting in removal from the campground

Any time after arrival
Refunds, when approved, will be issued back to the original payment method.

Occupancy & Conduct
Guests are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party and visitors. Excessive noise, illegal activity, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
Pets
Pets are allowed only in designated areas and must remain leashed at all times. Owners are responsible for cleanup and damages.
Liability
Guests assume all risks associated with camping, outdoor recreation, and use of campground facilities. PINECLIFF is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate campground policies.
